TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and using the Loto Quebec platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our online casino platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.   2. Complete Step 1 of the registration form with your personal details (full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email).
  3. Set a weekly deposit limit as required by our responsible gambling policy.
  4. In Step 2, provide either a credit card number or upload a copy of valid ID for identity verification.

One-Account-Per-User Policies

Only one account is permitted per individual user. Sharing accounts with others is prohibited and may result in the closure of your account.

Identity Verification and KYC

We require all users to complete an identity verification process, which includes providing personal details and either a credit card number or a photocopy of valid ID for external validation by our authorized providers. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or in-person verification if necessary.

Account Accuracy Obligations

Login Credentials and Password Protection

  1. Your user name will be displayed publicly.
  2. You must choose a strong password that meets our minimum requirements.
  3. You are responsible for all activity on your account until such time as you notify us of unauthorized use in accordance with Section 8 below.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any behavior or activity that could compromise the integrity or fairness of our Platform, including but not limited to:

  1. Cheating
  2. Collusion
  3. Multi-accounting (see Section 7)
  4. Bonus abuse
  5. Attempted scams or other fraudulent activities
  6. Hacking or unauthorized access

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to monitor user activity for any suspicious behavior, including but not limited to attempting to open multiple accounts in the same name or under different names.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be displayed on the promotional page.
  2. Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and promotions (see Section 10).
  3. We reserve the right to change or withdraw any bonus promotion at any time without notice.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. You agree that we can suspend, block, cancel, or otherwise terminate your access to our Platform if you fail to meet wagering requirements or engage in restricted behavior.
  2. All gameplay is subject to the rules of the specific game and these Terms.
  3. You are solely responsible for making informed decisions about placing bets and engaging with games.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to void any bonus or promotion where we believe you have attempted to abuse our system or exploit a loophole in our terms.

  1. We accept deposits via various payment methods, as specified on the Platform.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account if:

  1. We suspect cheating or multi-accounting.
  2. You have engaged in prohibited behavior (see Section 5).
  3. There is a failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
  4. You breach these Terms.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, its contents, and any games available on the same are owned by us or our affiliates.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, reliance, special damages resulting from loss, damage, costs, claims, expenses arising out of your use of the Platform. This limitation includes but is not limited to: a) data security breaches.b) server downtime or lack of availability.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting notice on our website.
